Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. 24-Hour Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This policy helps ensure that our schedule can accommodate all clients effectively.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if a client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to future services.

3. Refund of single session: If the client decides to cancel a prepaid session without rescheduling then a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Package Cancellation

1. Prepaid Sessions: For clients who purchase packages of prepaid sessions, the following refund policy applies:

   1. Session Usage: If you decide to cancel a package of prepaid sessions, the sessions already used will be charged at their full individual session price rather than any discounted package rate.

   2. Service Charge: In addition to the recalculated cost of the used sessions, a service charge of 10% will be applied to cover administrative costs associated with the cancellation.

   3. Cancelation Deadline: There will be no refunds of the package of four sessions after the third session.

1. Refund Calculation: The balance remaining after deducting the full price value of the used sessions and the service charge will be refunded to you.

2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used to purchase the sessions. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to that card. For other payment methods, the refund will follow the same method unless otherwise agreed upon.
