Emotional Freedom Technique
aka EFT Tapping
Wouldn't it be easier if you would leave the past behind?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is the primary modality I use in my coaching sessions. Emotional
Freedom Technique is based on three key factors.
-
Exposure Therapy
-
A statement of acceptance
-
Tapping on physical acupuncture points
Starting with the first two aspects of EFT, exposure therapy and a statement of acceptance, the client cues up the painful memory. Then, through tapping on specific points on the body, the client is able to process the memory and release the emotional charge from it. Releasing the charge from painful past memories decreases or eliminates triggers that create discomfort and disharmony in one's life.
There are over 100 peer reviewed and random controlled studies published demonstrating the effectiveness of EFT in many conditions that are associated with painful memories, stress, or anxiety. The conditions studied included but were not limited to anxiety, depression, pain & physical symptoms, phobias, and PTSD.
EFT sessions can be done in person or through video conferencing. The results are the same either way. The advantage of video conferencing is that there is zero commute time.
Emotional Freedom Technique helps you move forward into the future of your choice by healing your past.
Emotion Code
Emotion Code, like EFT, releases stuck emotions and stress.
Muscle response testing is used to identify each stuck emotion in priority order.
Then a magnet is moved down the back of the head and spine to release the stuck emotions.
Emotion Code can be performed in person or remotely. My experience as a a patient and a practitioner is that the results are the same.
I find Emotion Code to be a good modality for patients that have experienced similar and repetitive emotional wounds/traumas.
It is also useful when reaching an impasse using EFT.
